Initial online order was easy and quick. The day before the delivery date I found out the person to receive the flowers decided to take an extra day off of work. I called Conner's and while the flowers for my initial order weren't in they put together a lovely arrangement in the same price range and got it delivered with only a few hours to go. After experiences with national florists not even making their deliveries this was impressive service.

I placed an order online for flowers on my wife's birthday at 0700hrs in the morning for a same day delivery to Fort Gillem. Not only were the flowers delivered on time but right on time around 1200hrs, where my wife received many laudatory comments from awe struck co-workers about the size and the arrangement of the flowers. Conner's had to be subjected to some strong security measures just to get the flowers delivered on the installation. This to me demonstrates an unwavering commitment to quality and with that said I have only one florist in Atlanta. (Conner's)

I am giving Conner's a 5 even though there was a little problem with the bouquet I received initially. We've always used Conner's and have always been extremely satisfied. They were quick to send out a second, absolutely beautiful bouquet and even issued a credit. The problem was apparently due to an inexperienced part-time driver that allowed the first bouquet to tip over in the vehicle. Thanks Conner's - you got class!!

The flowers were ordered for my mother's birthday to arrive a day early. I ordered them online as a covenience since I live out of town. CONNER'S didn't receive the order until after the fact. So I will not be using the online network to order again, I will be calling direct. CONNER'S was very swift in getting the order out as soon as possible and even upgraded the order. And although it was delivered a day after my mother's birthday, she was very pleased and the pictures she sent me were a huge bouquet of beautiful, colorful spring flowers.
